Ghani (portretschilder en tekenaar) werd in 1963 in het zuiden van Thailand geboren. In de tachtiger jaren van de vorige eeuw ging hij naar Malaysia en begon in 1987 als portrettekenaar in Kuala Lumpur te werken. Drie jaar later vestigde hij zich in Amsterdam en al snel werd zijn werk door velen gewaardeerd, en niet alleen door Nederlanders. Het internationale karakter van Amsterdam zorgt ervoor dat ook veel buitenlanders een portret van een geliefd familielid of een gewaardeerde vriendin of vriend bestellen. Of een van Ghani's schilderijen willen bezitten. Er is keuze genoeg.

Ghani werkt in zijn bescheiden atelier in zijn huis.

Hij werkt in potlood, krijt en olie.

U kunt Ghani contacten en overleggen als u een bestaand schilderij of een tekening wilt kopen of indien u een portret wilr laten maken of een speciall onderwerp in verf, krijt of potlood ziy willen bestellen.

Ghani (portrait artist and painter) was born in the South of Thailand in 1963. In the nineteen eighties he went to Malaysia to try his luck. In 1987 he started to work as a portrait artist in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's capital. In 1990 he came to Amsterdam and soon his work was appreciated by many, not only by Dutch people. The international character of Amsterdam results in orders by many foreigners as well. He has a small working space at his home. Ghani works in pencil, crayon and oil. You can commission a portrait. In most cases a picture of the person can be the basis for the portrait. So it is necessary to send a scanned picture with important annotations and/or instructions.
